Pages 54 - 57 contain a series of photographs of the 1935 construction of Sawankhalok - Tak Highway, formerly Highway No.8.
Chao Kawilawong na Chiangmai, Highway Engineer, Northern Highway Division, photographed and compiled the album. The
highway started from Sawankhalok Station, Sawankhalok Province, and ended at Ping River in Tak Province, passing through
the town of Sukhothai. The highway is now a part of National Highway No.101, from Sawankhalok to Sukhothai, and National
Highway No.12, from Sukhothai to Tak.
